Don't miss the Rockport Acoustic Music Festival, coming up this Sunday, August 14th from noon to 6:00 p.m! The music is free, bring a blanket or some lawn chairs and plan to spend the afternoon in Rockport! Claire Franklin will be on hand with a food booth (proceeds going to support the New Year's Rockport Eve event) and David Cutler, the founder of the Acoustic Music Festival, has organized a nice lineup, listed below. More Summer Events in Rockport

Not only do we have some great programming at Rockport Music's new performance center, our town also has a free acoustic music event from 12pm to 6pm at Millbrook Meadow on August 15th. Check out the line-up of great local talent here, at the Acoustic Music Festival website. This event is organized by David Cutler and is now in its third decade. Food for this event will be provided by Claire Franklin of New Year's Rockport Eve, and all proceeds go to support this annual family-friendly party in Rockport each December 31st. So be sure to stop by the meadow on August 15th!
