KICK-OFF PARTY

The
newly designated Rockport Cultural District will host a kick-off party
for new and prospective members on Tuesday, April 24, 5:00 PM to 6:30
PM, at Brackett’s Oceanview Restaurant, 25 Main Street in Rockport,
Massachusetts.
The host committee invites
all organizations and businesses within the borders of the District to
learn more about the organization’s plans, including goals for
attracting more visitors to the Town of Rockport. Speakers include Merri Jenkins
from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Light refreshments and
appetizers will be served, courtesy of Brackett’s Oceanview Restaurant.
There is a cash bar.
Membership in the Rockport
Cultural District is free of charge. The District is comprised of
Bearskin Neck, Main Street, and sections of School, Broadway and
Pleasant Streets. A map may be viewed on the Rockport Cultural
