Tomorrow in Rockport there will be a chill in the air but inside Roy Moore's Fish Shack, all will be well. Steaming bowls of clam chowder will be served to a hungry crowd of festival-goers in a state of pre-Harvestfest anticipation. And not only do these diners get to enjoy the fresh seafood at the Fish Shack, they can do so knowing that a percentage of the proceeds from their meal will go toward supporting Rockport Festivals' programming.
The Inns of Rockport collaborate with the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and a Rockport restaurant to host a DineAround on the Thursday before Motif No.1 Day and on the Thursday before HarvestFest. It's fast becoming a semi-annual tradition for locals. A sort of pre-kickoff Kickoff for both festivals.
So stop in at the Fish Shack for lunch or dinner on Thursday, October 14th and enjoy a round of fish & chips for a good cause.
